MAY, 2010:  "I was at my wits end with my PC after it suddenly "froze" despite several re-boots, so I decided to call Kevin from PowerON Computer Services. He attempted to figure out what the issue could have been via the phone, but in the end he recommended that he come pick it up and take it back with him. He determined the problem within a short while, keeping me informed all along on his progress. In a matter of three days or so, he returned my PC back to me and assisted with reconnecting and explained what he has done.
